Day 11 — A Deceased person you wish you could talk to
-sigh- Another of those where there's a TON of people I'd talk to. Famous and loved one's alike.
I think most of all though I'd like to talk to my papa again. I'd ask him all the normal things, "What's Heaven like?" "Do you come to visit me?" "Do you miss living?"
And then... most importantly... "Do you forgive me?"
You see, when I was little my papa had a stroke. The first didn't affect him badly. The second paralyzed him completely on one side. And, I hate to admit it, but I was afraid of him. I would only kiss and hug him when forced to.
At his funeral I didn't cry because my dad was having a real hard time with his death and my mom told me that I needed to be strong for him. I thought that meant not crying, so I didn't.
I would really love to know if he forgives me for those things.
