30 Day Photo Challenge: Day 28

Day 28 - A picture of something you're afraid of.

House centipede's.

EW! Okay, I'm not so sure they scare me... as much as they freak me out. I hate finding these little buggers in my shower. I grab the nearest thing I can and start smashing at it.

DIE DIE DIE!!!!

Day 29 - A picture that can always make you smile.

Ugh! Centipedes and SLUGS.. l Once went on a trip to Kenya and had
the chance to do a 5 day safari. Well, it was a camp on the edge of the savannah, and the tent had slugs in the shower. You ever showered by practically standing outside the stall? That was me. I couldn't wait to get back to Nairobi and talking a proper bath! *shivers again at the thought*

Actually I have. Girl scout camp. Shower was fucking freezing. I stood as far away from the water as I could while still getting clean.

I'm not so scared of these types of insects, mostly because I know they want nothing to do with me and they would rather be as far away from me as I them. So spiders, centipedes, crickets, bees, moths, hornets, ants, and most bugs don't bother me. And I never kill them, I just escort them out the door or scoop them up and release them back out.

I do that for most insects except one.

Flies.

FLIES ARE THE SPAWN OF SATAN! AND THEY ALL MUST DIE. They are vicious and they scare the hell out of me!
I have a tarantula the size of my hand spread out with fangs bigger than thumbtacks and eight beady eyes and it doesn't bother me one bit. A fly gets in my house?? FORGET IT!!!!!

The next time I step into the shower and see a spider...I'm calling you. No, seriously.

I would agree... but then there's the time I found a giant fucking spider in my bed. It was one of those that when it bites you your skin rots away.

So yeah... no.

D:

Thanks for the nightmares I'll have tonight!

Sorry! <3

RATS!!

Okay, okay, so it was a mouse I stepped on, but damnit if it's little and grey I don't want it around me.

If I hear it in the walls, I'll freak out and start beating the walls with my handy dandy golf club.

God help me if I actually see it! x.x

It's just, no, I can't handle it. I was trapped on my bed for a half an hour at two oclock in the morning because I was too afraid to step over the mouse I had stepped on.

Mice = FUCKING EVIL!

I killed a mouse once.

Caught it, the little bugger bit my thumb and we went to find a kitten.

Proceeded to watch the kitten eat it.

Yeah... I wasn't a sadistic child at all.

At least you didn't step on it. x.x;; There's a reason I won't go into my bedroom unless there's a light on first.

I... don't think I've ever seen one of those before. It looks highly interesting, though. Kind of cute, to be honest. Wouldn't want to touch one, though.

[identity profile] avari-maethor.livejournal.com 2011-02-27 04:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I'll pretend you didn't say that >.>

They are poisonous so no... won't be touching one anytime soon.

Yikes, thanks for telling me that. I'll make sure to stay away if I ever see one.
