Jasper smiled as he made his way through the forest. Just another few minutes and he would see Seth. He would get to feel Seth’s heated skin under his fingers… the warm lips pressed against his own. Jasper felt almost a tingling in his fingers at the prospect.

“This is dangerous.” Jasper paused at the sound of Seth’s voice. He was close and upwind. Jasper almost broke out into a run but then a second scent hit his nose and he stopped.

“You think I don’t know that?” A voice he didn’t know. One of the other wolves most likely. Some shuffling and then… Jasper’s eyes widened as he heard a groan, Seth’s groan. The lust from them both rolled over him in waves.

“Paul…”

Jasper fingers curled into fists. His teeth ground together as his jaw tightened. Jasper turned, running away as fast as he could. ‘I should have known!’ He thought. ‘If you play with fire you’ll only get burned.’
