1. What got you into this fandom in the first place?
2. Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
3. Favorite episodes/books/movies, etc?
4. Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
5. Do you think more people should get into this fandom?
1. Before LOTR I was primarily an anime fan and only read fanfics for animes I had seen. Then I read/saw LOTR and fell in love with the setting/characters. So, I stumbled from anime into the LOTR fandom.
2. I've kinda moved on but as with all my fandoms I never say never. If I get my muse back of my one on-going story or any new ideas I'd be more than willing to write them.
3. Favorite book & movie = The Two Towers
4. Fanfiction, discussions when they come up
5. Only open minded people. I can't stand the pricks who review a story saying "Tolkien would be turning over in his grave".
1. The hype. I got into the fandom before I had even finished the first book. By that time I was a hardcore slasher so when I discovered Edward/Jacob I knew I was in heaven. And then came my love of Jaspeth :D

3. I think I like the Clockwork books better honestly. But if I'm just looking at TMI, it's either City of Ashes or City of Glass.

Avatar: The Last Airbender. Naruto. The Mortal Instruments. The Infernal Devices. (The Hunger Games -- though, I'm not really IN the fandom for that one). Criminal Minds. Kingdom Hearts.
And, those are fandoms I'd still read fanfiction for. Though, truthfully speaking, I mostly read Naruto and TMI/TID fanfiction when I'm not reading Merlin.
