“And then I tie you up like this,” Seth stated as he wrapped the rope around Jasper’s chest and arms, trapping them against his sides. They both knew Jasper could easily break the rope if he wanted but for now he was just staring down at them curiously.
“And the point of the tying up is…?” The vampire questioned.
“There’s no real point, it’s just part of the game. The cowboy has to get captured by the Indians.”
“Why is it not the other way around?”
“Because the cowboy would sooner kill the Indian than keep him as a prisoner.”
Jasper didn’t really like that implication, especially since he was the cowboy and Seth was the Indian in this scenario. He could never hurt Seth. He hoped Seth understood that.
“Is there another reason for tying the cowboy up?” He asked.
“Well…” Seth started.
“Well what?”
“It also makes it easier for the Indian to do this.” Jasper didn’t have time to question was ‘this’ was. One moment Seth was tying a knot in the rope and the next his warm lips were pressed against Jasper’s cold ones.
Jasper had never cared for the game Cowboys and Indians before. He had never really seen the point of it… but if this was the result then he could get used to playing. In fact… it could very well become his new favorite game.
