Wedding Photography

I've recently decided to try my hand at wedding photography. I've taken pictures at a few of my friend's weddings unofficially, some I've posted here. Basically, it's a new experience and I love new experiences.
One of my suite mate's from college recently got engaged and we had already talked about it but she wants me to do the pictures for her wedding and she's going to bake the cake for mine. I hadn't really taken it completely seriously but she just asked if I would do the engagement photos so I think this is official!
My first real wedding photography gig.
Wheeeee!
Now I'll just have to ask her if I can use these in my portfolio.

I always love to see my OC's drawn so I asked someone I knew on Advanced Anime who accepted art requests so draw Luka. Ched, the artist, always does a fantastic job. I asked Ched to draw Luka at ages 1, 5, 10 & 15. Age 15 is totally my fave but I love them all. It's just how I see Luka.

Today I check my account and I have a message from a person saying my picture Olden Days has been featured in two places! It's the same article posted in two different places but at least it gets my name out there :D I'm excited.

Apr. 11th, 2009 11:13 pmOtaku-works on DA has been kind enough to create coloring pages for others and I have taken a couple of them to practice on. This is the first one I have completed.
Coloring with Photoshop
Mar. 5th, 2009 11:03 pmMy friend Jessica finally explained to me how to color with Photoshop and make it not look incredibly crappy. So I've been practicing. I've entered the following 3 pieces in AA's "Coloring Contest". I'm hoping that the third will get the award for "Best use of a single color".
