Prompt: First kiss
Note: This is the sequel to The First Kiss
Jasper believed that a first kiss was the sexiest thing in the world. But he also believed in spontaneity. For anyone else, Seth’s little outburst would have sent them into a frenzy for planning the most romantic thing ever. Jasper wasn’t anyone though. For him, Seth’s outburst had only been amusing.
He didn’t plan his and Seth’s dates any differently than he had before. When the time came for their first kiss came he would know it. Until then he would just make sure that Seth enjoyed their time together.

Looking back now he thought it was fitting when that moment finally came. The memory of it still made him smile. For him and Seth, it had been perfect.
Seth had come over one night a few months after his outburst for help with his homework. Honestly, Seth didn’t need help with the homework he had; he just wanted to spend time with Jasper. And Jasper wasn’t going to object because he loved spending time with Seth. After the homework had been finished they settled on the couch Jasper had in his room reading some historical novel that Jasper had picked up.
Seth held the book, his head resting on Jasper’s leg as Jasper ran his fingers through Seth’s hair. Seth glanced up to see if he could turn the page. His and Jasper’s eyes met and the moment was just… there.
Jasper ran the fingers of his free hand along Seth’s jaw. He loved the curious look he could see in Seth’s eyes and smiled as he started to lean down. Just before their lips touched Seth’s eyes widened as he realized what was happening. Jasper reveled in the pounding of Seth’s heart that he could hear, knowing that he was the cause of it.
Ice met fire and something melted in between. Once Seth had gotten over his initial shock that Jasper was actually kissing him he pressed back into the kiss. There wasn’t any biting or tongue… it was just a simple, closed mouth kiss. But in that kiss Seth could feel every bit of love that Jasper felt for him, the emotion filled and made him feel…special.
Jasper was right. This first kiss was the sexiest thing in the world. Definitely worth waiting for.
