My college campus is in outrage.
There was a guy, who I had dance class with last semester, that has been kicked out for being gay. Yes, he is gay and he will admit it to anyone who asks but he does not flaunt it. He was a near straight A student and was on the dean's list.
Yes this is a Christian college but if you are here for an education and are doing well at it, that's all that matters.
Other gay and lesbian students on this campus are half afraid, and half wanting to protest. Almost all of them that had their sexual perference listed on a site such as MySpace or Facebook have gone on and either deleted their profile or changed their sexual perference. It's sad that they feel they have to do that.

This is an outrage mostly because there are only three weeks of school left. They could have at least let him finish the school year and then said, "We don't want you back." But still... he was a great guy. I hope the school gets sued for this and I hope everyone has the courage to stand up for what they believe, it's time we speak out.
We should not have to hide who we are or what we believe just because some people don't agree.
