Okay, I'm going to go on and tell you that you might not want to read this entry. I am going to sound like I am complaining and whining, which I probably am. But I am just so fustrated and I need to get it off my chest, and since I am to much of a coward to actually talk to people (or I can't get ahold of anyone to talk to) I write it in my LJ.
What am I talking about? Forgetting. My past few entries were mainly about Kelly and how I have been worried that my friends will forget me. Well it hasn't happened that much but it's enough to make a difference to me. On New Year's Eve Kelly texted me and asked what I was doing, at the time I was getting ready to go to April's and greet the New Year's with my friends. She invited me to join her and Kristi at Tumbleweed but I had already eaten and I didn't have the gas to get down there. Besides, Kristi annoys the crap out of me, more so at times than Iz (that's a feat).
Anyway, on my way to April's I called Kelly to tell her that I didn't have the gas to get there and to wish her a happy early birthday. I had planned on leaving her a comment at midnight but since I would be at April's and Nate wasn't there (he takes the wireless router with him when he leaves) I wouldn't be able to get on the net to leave her a comment. She told me that it was fine that I couldn't meet them and that Laura was coming up the next day. She would give me a call so we could all get together and hang out, I told her I would be looking forward to it. Sometimes people are lying when they say that, sometimes I am one of those people, but this time I was serious. I was really looking forward to seeing them.
April, Trish and I stayed up until nearly 3 or 4 am writing and talking. I woke up around 11:30 when Bobby came in and announced that Lisa's dog, Malikai, was out. April got up soon after that and everyone else just kinda followed. I kept checking my phone because I don't always get signal at April's, or sometimes my phone doesn't ring when someone calls, looking for Kelly or Laura's number.
Mom called at around 7 pm asking where I was, I told her I was still and April's and she got smart reminding me that I had to come home in time to help dad take the tree down. I told her I would be home by 9 and if dad went to bed before then there was something wrong with him. I left April's at around 7:45... still no call from Kelly or Laura. "That's okay, they're closer friends so they probably wanted to catch up. They'll call me tomorrow." That's what I thought.
It's now Jan. 4th, within the next 45 minutes it'll be the 5th... still no call. I just want to thank you guys for not forgetting me.
ANYWAY! On a more happier note. Christmas was wonderful, much better than Thanksgiving. I have gotten to spend so much time with my family, I got some great pics of my cousin Sophia (who hates having her picture taken). I also have a couple of cute ones of Emily. Mom and Dad were so awesome, they gave me nearly everything on my x-mas list, even a couple of things I didn't ask for. (I love my stereo Mom & Dad!)
Over view of other stuff... my aunnie had the lap band surgery, she's in pain because she hasn't been taking her pain medication right, but she's doing good. I still refuse to have this surgery done.
Hallie started at Sullivan, although mom refuses to believe her until she sees proof -rolls eyes-
I stood in the Living Nativity that makes Bethlehem famous 1st and 3rd shift on Dec. 22nd. I had so much fun but oh how my back hurt from those wings by the end of the night! I was very sad that we didn't have snow for Christmas T_T.
There was a little boy who kept yelling at the top of his lungs, "I need to talk to baby Jesus! I need to talk to baby Jesus!" It was so hard not to laugh. We also had an addition to the Nativity this year, a pit-bull puppy. He ran back and forth for awhile and then settled down at the kneeling wiseman's feet and went to sleep. SO KAWAII! (Cute).
I'm trying to get back into my writing but it's not that easy after writing non fan stuff for so long.
I hope everyone had a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
