dont quote on this but what ive read and all but i think it would be two counts of assault, one count of sexual assault ( i think you have to define what kind of assualt), one might be with attempted premediated homocide, homocides and the person in question might get life or might get like two or so life sentences like i said dont quote me I'm going by what I gathered from this i think i would have to know a bit more I hope that helps ifall fails you can make up something that sounds reasonable enough
