Drabble: This had Better be Good

twilightscribe, in honor of her birthday (which was on Dec. 4th but she’ll be getting one drabble everyday this week as her present)
“Close your eyes Seth.”
Seth looked up from his book, an eyebrow raised. “Why?” He questioned looking at his alpha, Jacob. The older boy grinned and came over placing Seth’s hands over his eyes.
“When your alpha gives you an order, you follow it, no questions asked,” Jacob stated.
“But…”
“No buts!”
Seth sighed and lowered his hands but kept his eyes closed. “This had better be good,” he grumbled.
He had been in a bad mood practically since the moment Marcus had left to go back to Italy. There was some business he just had to take care of. But he had told Seth to stay and enjoy the time with his family and packmates. Seth hadn’t really been enjoying himself without Marcus though.
“Oh it is,” Jacob snickered. Seth listened to his steps retreat and then the door opened and closed. He tried to smell whatever it was that Jacob was bringing in but the wind blowing through the open window was blowing in the opposite direction. “And… open!”
Seth opened his eyes expecting to see a cake or something but instead he found Marcus smiling at him. “MARCUS!” He exclaimed throwing himself in the vampire’s waiting arms.
Marcus’ warm laughter filled the room as he hugged the young shifter to his chest. “Oh il mio piccolo lupo…” Marcus whispered as he kissed Seth’s lips.
Seth smiled and let the kiss linger before he pulled back, only to hug Marcus again. His eyes met Jacob’s over Marcus’ shoulder. “Thank you,” he lipped.
“Happy Birthday Seth,” Jacob said with a smile.
