Drabble: Dizzy

Pairing: Jace/Alec
Prompt: All's fair in love and war
“Ah!” Alec exclaimed as he dodged one of the twelve scaly arms that the demon had. “Jophiel!” He threw a glowing stele at the demon. His aim was off just a little but it was enough to distract the demon for a moment.
And that moment was all Jace needed. He, an angel himself (or so it seemed), came charging in with a sword raised. Alec could only watch in horror as Jace cut the demon right down the middle, the two split halves falling to either side before fading into nothingness. When the last bit had disappeared Jace came over to Alec.
“Are you okay Alec? Some of those arms got pretty close.”
Alec took a bunch of deep breaths, almost sounding like he was hyperventilating. “I-I hate t-this!”
Jace rolled his eyes and grabbed Alec, pulling him to his feet. He shocked Alec then, of course a lot of things Jace did shocked him. But this was really out there. Jace leaned in and pressed his lips to Alec’s. His eyes widened and he completely stopped breathing. He was starting to feel dizzy when Jace pulled back.
“W-why’d you do that?” Alec whispered.
The other boy just gave him a grin. “All’s fair in love and war.”
